· Common Area Cleaning

· Gym Room Cleaning and Disinfectant Services

· Exterior Pressure Washing

· Light Maintenance and High Dusting Services

· Floor Maintenance

· Special Event Setup and Cleaning Services

· Exterior Debris Removal and Clean up Solutions.

· Special Event Cleaning and Carpet Cleaning (Event Rooms)

 

 

NO annual contract required. Month-to-Month or Semi-Annual contracts that can be cancelled at any time. Recurring Cleaning contracts are 6 months or less depending on cleaning needs.

• Overnight Linen Cleaning 7 days a Week

• Kitchen Deep Cleaning

• Daily Lobby and Amenity Cleaning Services (optional)

 

Payment terms are negotiable at Net 15/Net 30. Recurring Cleaning contracts are available upon request.
