Preferred Vendor Programs 

• Preferred Vendor Program Fee $474 (includes 3 months mobile app usage)

• Must be Renewed Each Quarter- Automatic Recurring Invoice will be sent out Quarterly

 

 

Benefits:

• At BNB Networks LLC you will never have to pay for a work order, pay a monthly subscription, nor do we take 10-15% from your final payment! As long as you do amazing work and remain compliant you can work with us.

• Our Quarterly Preferred Vendor program will allow Contracted Affiliates to receive first notification on jobs within their service areas, listed as the secondary affiliate on contracts we have under management if not assigned, Receive Early Payments for all one-time commercial cleaning services, Access to Bid Board, 3 Month Mobile App Access Digital Work Orders, Attend "one" Contractor Training Workshops for FREE.

• Contractors that have "Recurring Cleaning" or "One-Time" Service agreements with BNB Networks LLC can now request to be paid early on "Every" contract awarded per quarter. Instead of getting paid Net 30/Net 45, contractors can become a BNB Networks Preferred Vendor and get the following benefits:

• Commercial Cleaning Accounts Only Payments processed Net 15. Payments shall be processed by the 15th and 30th of each month (or when payment is received by client.)

• Preventive Maintenance, Unit turn Contractors, and Seasonal Working Contractor can request an advance on Net 60/Net 90 payments. 25-40% advance on pending payment. Contract terms will remain the same per MSA based on work order threshold. Advances will be honored “if” funding is available.

• Secondary- Listed as "On Call" secondary contractor for ALL accounts currently under management within your service area.

• Net 15 Payments for all residential services under $1,500.00.

• Net 30 for all residential services completed $2,000- $2,500.00 (non-unit turns)

• Unit Turns- Contractor can request an advance on Net 60/Net 90 payments. 25-40% advance on pending payment. Contract terms will remain the same per MSA based on work order threshold. Advances will be honored “if” funding is available.

• 50% Deposits for work orders over $1,500 (if the owner approves)

• If you have 2 or more recurring accounts the Preferred Vendor Program Fee is $499 per quarter

• Please note: if you request an early payment without being a preferred Vendor, the early payment fee is $50-$80 deducted from any pending payment based on payment amount. Early payments will only be processed if funding is available and the contractor can only request 1-2 early payments per quarter.

• Jobs include: Post Construction Cleaning, Vacant Unit Turns, Carpet Cleaning, Commercial Deep Cleaning, Commercial Recurring Cleaning, Trash Outs, and Exterior Jobs (Landscaping, Tree Trimming, Etc.)

• Mobile App Usage- Access To Digital Work Orders $25.00 per month/ per tech required if not a preferred vendor

Work Order Type: Residential- Per Service 

Work Order Threshold: $200-$2,500

Requirements: Must Submit Invoice Before/ After Photos, estimate 24 Hours, Warrant Services 

Payout Timeframe: Affiliate shall be paid when payment is received from the property owner

Projected Payment Terms: Net 30 minimum

Early Payment Net 15: Only permitted for Preferred Vendors 

Pay Date: Affiliate payments are processed "Every" Saturday (if payment has been received) 

 

Work Order Type: Maintenance Commercial

Work Order Threshold: $1,500-$5,500

Requirements: Must Submit Invoice Before/ After Photos, Warrant Services 

Payout Timeframe: Contracted Affiliate shall be paid when payment is received from the property owner

Projected Payment Terms: Net 30 minimum /Net 45 Maximum

Payment Terms: No Payment terms for Residential Work Orders 

Early Payment Net 30: Only permitted for Preferred Vendors 

Pay Date: Affiliates payments are processed "Every" Saturday (if payment has been received) 

 

Work Order Type: Commercial Recurring 

Work Order Threshold: $1,500-$30,000

Requirements: Must Submit Invoice Before/ After Photos, Warrant Services 

Payout Timeframe: Contracted Affiliate shall be paid when payment is received from the facility owner

Projected Payment Terms: Net 45 minimum /Net 90 Maximum

Early Payment Net 45: Only permitted for Preferred Vendors 

Pay Date: Affiliates payments are processed "Every" Saturday (if payment has been received) 

 

Work Order Type: Apartment Communities 

Work Order Threshold: $3,000-$100,000+

Requirements: Must Submit Invoice Before/ After Photos, Warrant Services 

Payout Timeframe: Affiliate shall be paid when payment is received from the property owner

Projected Payment Terms: Net 60 Average/ Net 90 Maximum   

Early Payment Net 45: Advance on pending payment 25-40% advance on pending payment. Contract terms will remain the same per MSA based on work order threshold. Advances will be honored “if” funding is available.

 

Pay Date: Affiliates’ payments are processed "Every" Saturday (if payment has been received)

If you accept HOA/ Apartment Community projects your team must be willing and able to wait the projected payment terms time frame to receive payment. Low Income communities take longer to pay out as these our federally regulated entities. If you cannot wait max Net 60/Net 90 days for payment, please do not accept these work orders.
