BNB Networks LLC is a cloud-based facility support service provider that specializes in property maintenance, preventive maintenance and unit turnkey solutions for property management companies and Housing Authority Agencies nationwide. Our operations are powered by our tech-based systems called BNBNET. BNBNET is a network of software systems and databases that work together efficiently to manage our client's work orders.
Q. Do you offer After-Hour Support for Emergency Maintenance Work Orders?
A. Yes. BNB Networks offer After-Hour Call Center Support for our clients and the tenants they service. We have a dedicated team of Dispatch Managers that work 24/7 to support emergency and non-emergency service calls from tenants and staff.

Q. What services do you provide for Commercial Facilities?
A. We offer Recurring Cleaning Services, Kitchen Ceiling Tile Cleaning, Kitchen Wall Cleaning, Kitchen floor cleaning and degreasing services, High Dusting, Front of House Deep Cleaning, Restaurant deep cleaning, carpet cleaning and day porter cleaning services 7 days a week or as requested.

A. Yes. We have Field Inspectors that perform weekly site inspections to ensure our Affiliates and techs adhere to the scope of work and service frequency.
Q. What are your payment terms?
A. We have the capacity to accept Net 15, Net 30, Net 45, and Net 60 payment terms.
Q. What are your payment methods?
A. We accept ACH Direct Deposit, Electronic payments with credit card, Zelle payments, Venmo, and Checks

Q. Do you pay trip charges if estimates are not approved?
A. Yes. BNB Networks pays $40.00 for estimates ONLY if the Affiliate cannot access the unit, utilities are not on preventing you from working, or the tenant is not available, and we must reschedule the service ticket. A. Work cannot begin on a project until you receive a notice to proceed or receive an email or call from your assigned Operations Managers stating your estimate has been approved

A. Yes, you will need to provide the COI to begin working as an Affiliate for BNB Networks.
